  • What Do I Do If I Have Not Received My Box?
    First Month Subscribers: We will ship your first box on the 1st of the month of you placing your order. It takes about 3-5 business days to receive your box. You can email us for your tracking number at ContactSexBoxSubscription@gmail.com
  • When Will I Be Charged?
    You will be billed immediately at checkout when you sign up. Thereafter, your recurring charges will fall on the 1st of the month. Once you place your FIRST order - we will process all orders on the 1st of the month or the fist Monday of the month if the 1st lands on a weekend day. It takes about 3-5 business days to receive your box. You will receive a tracking number and you can also email ContactSexBoxSubscription@gmail.com if to request your tracking number as well.   • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Will The Shipping Be Discreet?
    Yes! Absolutely. Your package will arrive with a label saying “SS Inc.”. So don’t worry - nothing to be scared about!
  • Will I Be Able To Track MY Box?
    When your box ships, the email associated with your account will receive a tracking email.
  • Will My Subscription Automatically Renew?
    Yes! All of our Subscription plans are set to Auto renew. Whether you're a Monthly Subscriber or a Prepaid Multi-Month Subscriber. If you wish to cancel your Subscription and prevent it from renewing, you can do so from your customer account at any time.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
