Our shipping costs are included in the price of your first box and then shipping costs will be added to all subsequent orders of boxes, there are no additional hidden fees or surprises. Our shipping times vary depending on your location. However, you can expect your box to arrive within 5-7 business days after the 1st of the month. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sex Box Subscription. If for any reason you are not happy with your box, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned box, we will issue you a refund or send you a replacement box, whichever you prefer. Please note that returns or exchanges are only available for unopened boxes.
